RE:       Granville Island Parking Tenant Parking

Hello Granville Island Tenants & Community,

Effective November 1, 2024, we are transitioning from EasyPark to Impark, as they were the successful bidder of a public tender for the parking management services for Granville Island.

The options of hourly staff rate, virtual monthly permits, and physical monthly hang tags will remain the same as will their cost as per below:

·       Hourly staff rate – $1/hour

·       Virtual monthly permit – $133.00 each

·       Physical monthly hang tag – $153.00 each

These parking options are intended for drivers who work and/or live on Granville Island. Drivers must have an approved license plate to be eligible for the discounted parking options. If the license plate of a vehicle has not been registered and approved, the vehicle is subject to be ticketed.

Note, the Honk mobile app will no longer be available to purchase hourly staff rate parking.

To use any of these three options, you will need to complete the attached form AND email it to granvilleisland@impark.com no later than Friday, October 25, 2024. Registrations will not carry over from the previous management company; anyone who does not re-register will need to pay for parking each time they are on the Island or will risk receiving a ticket.

Parking passes cannot be purchased from the CMHC-Granville Island office.

If you have any questions or feedback about the policy, please contact the Tenant Coordinators at coordinators@granvilleisland.com

If you have technical questions about the permit process, please contact Impark at granvilleisland@impark.com.
